Terms of Service

Proxywala is an independent reseller of residential proxy access from an upstream network provider (711proxy). We're not the network — we're a small operation buying bandwidth in bulk and reselling it in smaller packages.

What you're buying

• A one-time package of residential proxy access, sized in GB (1GB to 100GB), not a recurring subscription.
• Delivery is proxy credentials (host, port, username, password) sent to you once payment is confirmed — typically within about 30 minutes.
• You choose rotating or sticky sessions per order; both are supported.

Payment

• We accept Binance Pay (USDT) and bKash/Nagad. Both are effectively irreversible once sent — on your end and ours. We cannot reverse a payment, which is why we deliver quickly once it's confirmed.
• Payment confirmation is currently a manual step performed by us, not an automated gateway — we check the transaction ourselves before dispensing credentials.

What we don't guarantee

• We don't guarantee proxies will work against hardened anti-bot targets — banking sites, heavily Cloudflare-protected checkouts, and similar.
• We don't guarantee any specific outcome from using the proxies (rankings, purchases, account approvals, etc.) — we sell network access, not results.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for using proxy access within the law and within the terms of any destination service you access through it. We don't monitor or control what you do with your credentials, and we don't encourage using them to break any platform's rules. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Replacement, not refund

Because payments are irreversible, we don't issue cash refunds. If credentials genuinely fail to connect at the time of delivery, we replace them immediately. Details in our Refund / Replacement Policy.
