We resell access to a residential proxy network (711proxy) that publishes a compliance/consent process for how its IPs are sourced. We're a small reseller on top of that network, not the network itself — we're upfront about that rather than pretending to run our own infrastructure.
Almost always it's the data limit on that package being used up, not a broken proxy — check /myorders in the bot or message us and we'll check your balance. If credentials genuinely don't connect at time of delivery, message us immediately for a replacement.
Under 30 minutes in practice — payment confirmation is currently a manual step on our side (we check bKash/Binance ourselves), so it's not instant-instant, but it's fast and we tell you the moment it's done.

USDT via Binance Pay is irreversible once sent, same as bKash/Nagad — so double-check the ID/number in the bot before paying. We have no way to reverse a payment either, which is exactly why we deliver fast once confirmed.
